Airtel DTH - WORST IN DELHI!---Incapable of handling traffic!---TATA Better any day!

HI, I was unfortunate enough to choose Airtel for a new connection. But till now i have not received any contact from the local office. It has been three days now and every day i have been kept waiting at home for your representative to turn up. I have called up there customer care 6-7 times but every time they ask me to repeat my info , address, name, contact info and also PROBLEM... .... TWICE in one CALLL........ can you beat that!..... then promise to solve my problem but .... no one appears.......no call forthcoming.... god... i think local cable would be better!...... I wonder if such INCOMPETENT and IRRESPONSIBLE behaviour is right in the begning then perhaps Tata Sky would be better! Tata calls up immedately.
