update : so engineers are not accepting that internet speed is slow all they do is speedtest. com , I even try downloading original game from legit installer same 400 kbps

If speedtest is fine then you probably have other issues somewhere (assuming ISP is somewhat neutral).

Its isp routing issue.
Its generally caused when peering data is routed differently than normal data.

How do we know that? We don't even know which game they're talking about. Some CDNs are notorious for limiting bandwidth, which is likely a better explanation for the information provided.

@wheatbread read previous msgs , i have tried testing file on multiple sites including github testfiledownload .com etc , its slowing down speed to kbps

@wheatbread Speedtest is almost never fine, connecting to a ISP server which essentially acts as a LAN server for them doesn't really show the true picture of the internet speed. If it is any other server which actually is outside of the ISP network then it can be plausible.

@Addicted_A1 brother call 121, ask them to connect you to a backend engineer, then explain him that your gateway server is changed to mumbai instead of lucknow(122.169.33.1) and you are getting higher pings as well as low download speeds. Im sure they will help you out.

It does not, it's explicitly against Ookla's TOS. They just live in the same rack and is being managed by the same org, so does direct peering and cache equipments of CDNs. They're having issues with fastly and an unknown CDN (probably fastly or akamai) both of them throttles bandwidth.

get on your PC, connect it to LAN cable and disconnect all other devices which are connected over lan or wifi and go to cmd put ping 122.169.33.1 -n 300. After 5mins post results here.

do the test once and post results. Since I am on the same server right now, I am facing little much of your issue. But in my opinion the gateway is at fault somehow as the ping spikes are too much. You try once.
