Airtel down? Delhi-NCR region

My router (behind airtel's router) is getting a public IP. It's getting an IPv6 but not IPv4. The other network (with Airtel's router) is working fine.

Electricity went off for a couple of minutes, and since then it's not getting connected. I haven't faced such problem earlier. Can anyone confirm if they are facing this issue in Delhi-NCR?
