Recently Airtel has made some changes for their online login to "My Account" where we can check our package details, recharge online, change package, etc.
Earlier I had login id and password through which I could login. But now they have changed login ID to mobile number, and we get password (OTP) by sms.
I am trying to login using my mobile number and password received by sms. BUt I am getting message "Sorry! No airtel service is associated with your mobile number." I checked that my mobile number is registered to Airtel account, but still I am facing issue.
First I called CC, I got reply that they refresh my account, then I can login after 24 hours. I checked again today, but still not working. Today when I called, I got reply that their online login system is down for few days and we cannot login online.
Has anybody tried Airtel's "My Account" login for DTH (or any other Service)?
