airtel broadband with TP-LINK TD-W8968

hi guys i little confused about TP-LINK TD-W8968. I have airtel broadband is there any problem i got if i buy this modemand i have 2 more problems first it is IEEE 802.3u, IEEE 802.3 (on flipkart.com) or IEEE802.11b/g/n (as described in original website) second TP-Link is good or bas reply fast guys thanxx
