Are they offering this 300 Mbps plans at all places? I can see this plans even on a few tier 3 cities/towns.

NAH. 300mbps is probably available in 1% of the area they serve. my area just recently got 40mbps after major cable upgrades in the area. even 100mbps is far far away.

i have a totolink router i don't know from where i can share the stats.

just check your line speed. i think there are two values to check. one is attainable speed and another one defined speed.

300mbps would never be possible on vfiber. 100mbps is max for vfiber.
