Airtel broadband not resloving the issue for the past one month

[font="'times new roman'"][SIZE=12pt]My issue in the trail mail is still not resolved and also for this month i have been charged more for the calls which we have never done , My connection number is :- 011 - 45710961 [/font][/SIZE]
[font="'times new roman'"][SIZE=12pt]And i person calls me and tells me that nothing is possible for the resolution of the complaint and then dissconnects the call and then sends a email that issue is done with our end.---WHAT ALL IS THIS HAPPENING.[/font][/SIZE]

As checked, the STD call charges has not been charged towards your account. As per the above mentioned bill plan, free call value is not applicable and your account is not eligible for billing adjustment towards the same. Therefore, the bill has been charged correctly and there is no error in the bill.[/SIZE]
