Airtel Broadband issue in East Delhi

Is there anyone living in East Delhi (Mayur Vihar Phase-1 to be precise) and using Airtel's broadband service? I can't access websites like Twitter, Wikipedia and LinkedIn for the last couple of days. When I do a tracert for these websites, it shows subsequent "request timed out" after 7-8 hops. Interestingly I can see LinkedIn pages using bypass proxy services or using my mobile data (I don't use Airtel for my mobile services), which seems to suggest that there is some problem with the Airtel's broadband service. Is anyone else having this problem or am I the only one? Or is it some virus that I don't know?

Change your DNS server to 4.2.2.2 and things should start working smoothly. I was tired of this problem in Bangalore last week and after I changed my DNS server, things are working smoothly
