Airtel Broadband i am getting tired of 2mbps UL speeds on my 128 k line

You see my screenshots speed almost 8Mbps at Bsnl Goa ! for DATAONE!

both are the same,the airtel site gives detailed info and i dow't think its tamil nadu.

wow 2.8 mbps.this is more speed than the router can handle
