Airtel broadband disconnects from midnight to 8am everyday !! Help !

Hello everybodyThis is my first post on this forum.I recently started noticing something odd about my airtel broadband line. I am on the 1mbps/1699 plan. Every night at midnight, the connection goes down (I can still ping my router, but not external sites) and does not come back until around 8 AM the next morning.The airtel support guy just changed the modem, but the problem is still there. I will purse this further with airtel tech guys, but I wanted to check if anybody else on this forum has seen such an issue.Any inputs/suggestions will be highly appreciated.Thanks !!
 
I'm a user of Airtel Broadband too, not facing such issue.
 
Thanks. I'll follow up with the airtel guys on the side, but wanted to see if anybody else on the forum has come across such an issue before. Meanwhile, how do I pass on my contact info to these airtel_presence guys ? through their email id ?
 
if you have a twitter id, just reply to them.
