Airtel Broadband Disconnects Frequently - No Response from last 1 Month - No Solution

until you get a response. they would ask for your details on DM. send them that. then wait for their call... ping them every hour if you do not get a call. after call, ping them every hour if the guy does not land at your place at predefined time. something on that line. basically, do not ping them when something is scheduled to happen. but if something that was scheduled to happen did not happen, then ping them.

And we have to do all this just to get service for something we pay for..... just be a few days late in paying your bill and see how efficiently their customer care keeps calling you and asking you to pay every hour or so :glare:

Airtel is corrupted then why you are sponsoring Satyemeva Jayte.. Just wear bangles as providing Telecom Services in not possible for you
