Airtel Broadband: dialer connection problem

hi all,I am using 220BX modem in bridged mode. The problem i m facing is bit strange. Whenever i connect using my dialer it connects only for the first time. For every subsequent try it responds by saying remote host not responding...Plz help its urgent. I donot want to use direct connection mode.thanx.
