Airtel: 64kbps is appropriate definition of broadband in India

I am with BSNL. Does airtel charge higher over rs.799+taxes, if broadband alone used(no telephone use) ?

Ah, ok got it. Are you in an unlimited plan or a limited one. Secondly, there is this concept of Smartbytes - wherein Airtel, after you have used your high speed quota, asks if you would like to get more data at higher speeds for an additional price. If you choose yes, then it will be charged additionally.
