Airtel offers 50 GB data, unlimited calling for 2 months in this new plan; check full details
India’s data war is far from being over – it is getting red hot in fact as the festive season is upon us. Hours after Reliance Jio announced that it will be giving 100% cashback to the customers on Rs 399 plan, Airtel came up with a new myPlan Infinity postpaid plan that provides customers with 50 GB of bundled data and unlimited calls. The plan is aimed at consumers with high data consumption and under it, Airtel offers free calls on roaming for its customers. This new plan is available for both new and existing Airtel users and comes with the company’s data rollover promise under which it will carry forward unused data to the next billing cycle.
This new plan is priced at Rs 999 by Airtel, according to a report by Gadgets 360. Apart from the benefits mentioned above, the users will also get Airtel Secure service for free for a period of six months with the plan, under which the operator will get the phone repaired from an authorised service centre in cases of liquid and accidental damage. However, this plan is only available for the postpaid users. The company had earlier announced a Rs 999 pack for its prepaid customers in September this year, with 112GB of data doled out at 4GB per day and ‘unlimited’ calls.
