Airtel 4G LTE has terrible post FUP speeds

After fair usage policy completes the data speed is pathetic and unable to open any website it's really frustrating.This is new Digital India policy of robbing the consumer.
 
As usual their plan page does not show the real picture. In any case, these plans are actually cheaper than their wired broadband plans in some cases.

For example... I am paying 899+taxes for 5GB at 4mbps. Sure I get 512kbps after FUP on wired plan.
