Aircel charging customer care at .50/3min

new user be warned aircel has already has many vows here in delhi but managed to get popular just due to thie slow 98/- unlimited internet plan , but now is is turning ugly1.aircel network is very pathtic in delhi-NCR if you go to punjab ,mumbai, uttranchal or haryana you wont find a decent n/w partner .2.the gprs connection is highly unstable for speed and provide the slowest of all gprs provider 3.aircel gprs many times dont connect either due to what they call "network congestion " or other reason4.the gprs pack in unvalid in roaming 5.aircel charges it's customer care at flat .50/3min no matter if it's a complain or suggestion or hell 6.i will advise to stay away from aircel ,it has yet to evolve in terms of network and marketing policy

You seem to have so many points of concerns with Aircel, I would suggest you to visit the nearest Aircel store at least once and share all your concerns with them. I believe the discussion is going to benefit both Aircel and you.
