Advice needed for Alliance Broadband, Kolkata

I am planning to take Alliance Broadband in Kolkata. I stay in Narendrapur, Garia. Can any experienced user suggest -
1) How is the service of Alliance Broadband?
2) How is normal hour & happy hour speed? Are they giving nearing to max. they mentioned?
3) Anyone if staying in Kamalgazi - Narendrapur area ... please share service experience
4) How is downtime? Do they service promptly?
5) Please provide your suggestion, advice, tips and experience ... I will be grateful

Not from Garia but I got Alliance last week and I'm very happy with it. I didn't face any downtime yet so can't say about that. Speed is good. I've the Premium 1.5mbps plan and I get 1.46 - 1.47mbps. I didn't check the night time speed as I didn't need that. Downloading via torrent is like blizzard 😀 Right now, I'm downloading MOH:Warfighter @ 4.2MB/sec. There are members from Garia using Alliance, I'm sure they'll surely answer your queries. 🙂
