Advance Susbscription charges ?

are these charges refundable ? i paid one month plan in advance that seems to be the procedure for a new connection from Act but are these charges refundable and they seem to be sending bill even though i paid one month rental in advance for that month ,i paid installation charges along with advance subscription charges , but act fibernet is not clear on advance subscription charges and the speeds are just pathetic,subscribed for 20 mbps and i get half of it
 
No. For ACT, you pay in advance. You paid for May but are you receiving an invoice for May?
Or did you pay for April?
