a friend of mine is facing this problem. the adsl link keeps on blinking incessantly. the line is ok. another modem worked fine on the line. the modem is gone for good, i think ???BSNL is only supplying ZTE brand here......... But he wants to avoid getting a ZTE again because both this and another ZTE modem he had in the past stopped working all of a sudden.......... What are his options for a non-wifi adsl modem ? looking at 7, 8 hundred bucks max.
