wanted to know wether adobe photoshop can be used by amateur user like me to create graphics and edit my pics or is it a professional softwarewhat should i download photoshop or some other editing tool??

dude. if you just need a simple image editor, you do not need to pee-rate PS. just get yourself a free copy of Paint.Net. and if you have a decent computer and a net connection, you can always use Aviary.
