The BSNL FTTH was installed earlier today at my home. I was given a UBIQCOM ONU(UB5021-GVW-D).
The only problem now is that there are no admin credentials for this router on the box and below the router. I asked the technician and he has no clue about the admin login and password. I trust what's he saying because he had no clue about anything he was doing. I've searched the depth of the internet and nothing has turned up.
I spoke to the BSNL JTO at exchange and he's straight up refused, saying we do not share it because people mess up their configs and it results in additional workload for their small team of 2-3.
Is anyone using this router/ONU? please be kind enough to share the admin username/password. admin/stdONU101 doesn't work.
