I'm trying for a new ACT Fibernet connection. When I sent a feasibility inquiry to ACT, they said that ACT is not available in you area. Now when I talked with my neighbor, he said that they are using ACT from past 6-7 months, also there are atleast 20 more ACT connection in my apartment building. When I contacted again they said that all existing junction box are full in my apartment building and they won't install new junction box.
What should I do? Has anyone faced this problem earlier?
