ACT Fibrenet: Truly Unlimited plan launched (10mbps for Rs. 999)

I assume 999 + taxes which would put it at 1179 after GST is implemented.
 
Why only Delhi though? 10 Mbps is ~ 3 TB fully maxed out a month and would be perfect for a single dedicated HD streaming service like Amazon Prime. Video which usually sets me back ~7 GB an hour.
 
Because we got excitel for 50mbps in 695+tax. Act need something to compete.
 
How can they sell GB top up or 500GB for ₹4K a month if they offered a truly unlimited plan? /s 😛
 
excitel also arived in Hyderabad so we should see unlimited plans from act veri soon
