Don't buy act. They are the worst in customer service.
If it rains connection will be lost and if u call customer service number they will not pick up the phone.

I am using ACT for more than 15+ months.

Pros :-
Speed @ 30 Mbps
Uptime is descent - 95%
Field team attends soon for non cable cut issues.

Cons :-
Comparing only ACT, Bangalore plans are most expensive compared to Hyderabad & Chennai.
Post FUP speed is 512 kbps.
Cable cut issues takes minimum 24-48 hrs to fix. Had issue for about 3 times in past 15+ months. 1 took almost 3 days other two were solved in between 24-48 hrs.
Customer Service only read out as per manual. Yes, No, Dont Know 🙂
No retention plan, on disconnect request, accounts get dc in just 2 working hours.


Guess every ISP will have it's own Pros and Cons.!!!!!!!!

I had Bsnl / Airtel
Act when it works its OK but when there is a problem they are the best f****rs in the country
Others at least pick up the phone and answer but these people don't pick upthe phone.
