Recently shifted my house within a radius of 2km. But even after more than 10days not able to relocate my ACT internet connection. Every time they will for address details and will say our technician will contact soon.but no one will contact. even if I try to contact customer support or the Nodal officer number, the lines are always busy and will get disconnect after 10mins.
Now I am not able to see any options now to get my connection relocated.
Please suggest if there is way I can complaint in consumer forum because I am paying my interest bill without any internet connection.
