ACT Fibernet now providing router ups

my dad got sms stating that ACT Fibernet is providing router ups
which i think is just a home ups
they also stated in the sms that it can give 4hrs backup
but i did not see any artical on ACT Fibernet website
does any one got this sms to?
i will update this post if iam able to get more information
