I have opted for broadband connection from ACT and i am really regretting it now. Airtel seems far better than ACT when compared to service and customer care. A person called narayan swamy came and collected the documents and checks and assured me the connection will be activated by Wednesday (16 -7-14). wednesday evening i called up this guy and he says they will do it on thursday. (that too at a time convinient for them). Even Friday no update from this guy and when i call him up he disconnects the call by saying he will call me back. Ofcourse he dint call back. What i expect is him to give me a reasonabely accurate date and if they are not able to complete by that give an update with some explanation of the issue. Thier customer care also is the worst with long waiting period and they really suck!! I would suggest nobody dare to go for this worst ISP ever
