ACT Broadband in Defence Colony, Indiranagar, Bangalore?

I am living in Defence Colony, Indiranagar, Bangalore. I called ACT to get a connection and they said it was available, also promised to send a technician. However, later, I got a short SMS saying it was not available in my area.I find it surprising because it is available in Domlur and Kodihalli!
