ACT Broadband available in Sanjay Nagar but not in my locality !!!

I just had a talk with the ACT Customer Care.. They told me that there is coverage in Sanjay Nagar(Bangalore) but not near New B.E.L Road Behind Gauri Apartments.. When i asked for the reason,, they stated that its not feasible to provide the connection..Now i'm left helpless,, bcos there are no other broadband Service that currently provides the same Plan for the Same Price provided by ACT Broadband..What should i do??.. Dos anyone has ACT connection near this place??
 
Actually, my exact location is RK Gardens, RMV 2nd Stage, New B.E.L Road.. I Want to know if the coverage is there??

Have u got connection ?? Or any follow up on this ?? I have registered on 24th.. I have not got any call from them.. Whenever I call customer care they say there is feasibility and surely u will get connection in 2days.. But still now no reply..
