I have heard good and bad comments abt ACT and then decided to go fall for it 🙁
I thought BSNL was bad, these guys would outrun any one i guess, i took a connection almost 2 weeks back and it worked only 1 day and its gone.
Their call centers are stupid people sitting with no sense - they always have the standard answer after waiting for 20 mins "it will be fixed in 24hrs" when we are already facing the issue from a week 🙁
You cant even login to the portal/account and check/cancel unless you login from act network, all you can do is fill the complaint form and send and wait for a template answer
You call the guy who took the cheque from you he says that is a different department, i am running out of options any ideas on what can be done guys ?
