I took bsnl broadband fibre connection and they gave me genexis platinum 4410 ont.
When i connect genexis into TP-Link archer C80 as access point..internet disconnecting occurs in both genexis and TP link. This ocurs when when some devices are connected to genexis and some devices connected to tp link and using at same time.

My connection style is:

GENEXIS GE Port to TP Link WAN port.

I have tried software update in tp link
Ip address in tp link is 192.168.1.6 while genexis is 192.168.1.1.
Also tried FE port to WAN and LAN , GE port to LAN. Problem still occurs.

What might be the issue? Should i replace tp link? Am i doing something wrong? Actually genexis GE port to wan or lan?

Please help @Adithya , @varkey or any expert?

Do you want to use TP-Link as access point?

Disable Wifi on the Genexis thing , put your TP-Link in Dynamic Mode , it should take the credentials and then try it out . If that happens fine , you can use Bridge mode instead of AP mode

Here is the procedure to use TP-Link as AP.
1. Assign Tplink LAN IP to 192.168.2.1
2. Disable DHCP server on tp link
3. Put lan cable from ont to the "LAN" port of tp link not in wan port.
Now connect to tplink ssid.
