About Huawei Quidway and its Distributors

Guys do you know about Huawei Quidway Router (or) Switch can use for Telecommunication Supervisory?It is like the Router or Switch will be interfaced with Telephone PABX, Public Addressing Central Cabinet, Very Small Aperture Satellite, Environmental Monitoring Station and UHF Radio Base Station. And what it needs to do is monitor all the system to operate at optimal performance. Any failure on any one of the system / all systems it will generate alarm signal or warning signal. In mean time it will print out the failure error code (or) faults detail and the time and date and on which system it is occurred.So, do you know Huawei Quidway products has this kind of function?And does anyone know the Huawei Distributor for Quidway Products?I am Nanda and I am doing proposal for all Telecom and Navigation Systems.
