A Question about streaming BSNL Live TV

BSNL 1000 upto 2 Mbps
Today I subscribed to 2 channels from amongst Hello TV channel list.I had done this unsuccessfully some weeks back but I thought of trying it again today.So I subscribed to 2 channesl just for testing at Rs 10/day.It did work today successfully but I have a problem.Besides the Rs 20 for the channels for 1 day Im also being charged some amount for accessing the feed which runs parallel with streaming ie I am being charged extra for the streaming also :confuse:Is this normal when we access the "Hello TV" from BSNL LIVE or not ?If not,then could someone please give step by step instruction on viewing Hello TV (Live TV) from the BSNL portal ?By the way I am using bsnlstream APN for viewing Live TV.Step by step instruction for viewing BSNL Live TV will be helpful for others also.I had mentioned this problem to the BSNL customer care but I dont think they have followed up on the complaint.Moreover I did not get any complaint number even.Please help😛leasehelp:Thanks in advance.
