I have been an old ACT customer , when they started, i am their early adopter but now in recent months, the way they respond to complaints has become too lousy. They just close the tickets on messages and no one attends the calls. This needs to be fixed at the earliest . Even after calling multiple times, their response is just Cold and no one cares. I doubt how long will they continue like this.
