Slow surfing today ?

problem in delhi aswell. Anybody from delhi on MTNl facing a slowdown???

Yes, afternoon surfing has slowed down for some days now (maybe a week). I used the mtnl speed check and was surprised to see that my speed was what I normally get 1.77 mbps 😕
 
yea downlaod rate is steady 214 kBps for me..but surfing is too slow and still some sites pen incorrectly or dont open atall
 
if u check speed on MTNL speed test site.. u will get full speed as its almost like local server
 
problem was with international sites. I think European servers were opening fine while Us servers were giving probs.
 
What’s happening here is I guess what’s happening to many other ISP’s, as the demand goes up, the existing bandwidth is inadequate. Any other biz entity would have gone & bought more bandwidth, but with our Navratnas it’s a different story. Which is further compounded by the operational style of functioning in our country.
