ACT is not responding properly to my complaints

I'm not able to login and use my internet. I'm always getting "You have an invalid network configuration. Please contact Customer Service." while login my account, I don't have any dues, customer care number is always getting busy tone.

ACT service is really very bad. the problem is not resolved after 12 days. I've registered multiple complaints, but after 2-3 days they make is as 'UNRESOLVED/CLOSED'
