Airtel has revised roaming rates in Maharashtra

Just got this SMS on my backup Airtel number. I think these rates are applicable on a number belonging to Maharashtra circle when roaming in Mumbai. I have no idea what the rates were before.

I thought Mumbai-MH was roam like home on most operators?

The rate mention in the SMS is the current ceiling tariff for national roaming. Incoming isn't mentioned, so I'm guessing its free?

Isn't incoming free if we are on the same network roaming across India? I thought it is! :wondering:

Heh. No!

Current incoming charge is 45p/min without any rate cutters.

Incoming is not free. But most networks have 5Rs per day plan which will give FREE incoming.
