My internet services has been stopped suddenly and I am calling to customer care executive from morning. I just called 5 times there and they are not resolving my issue. At fifth time they told me that my email address is entered wrongly so that I didn't get the bill on my email and the payment is not done that is why my connection is being stopped. So my question is who entered wrong email address at the time of data entry and why do I suffer for that? I mean, what type of services is this? It's ridiculous. I just paid my bills today in the morning for what I was not aware about. No notification to me before terminating my services. And when I asked to transfer the line to higher authority to resolve the issue so she said there is no option available in reliance to transfer line. Is this reliance service?
