My Net is not working since 10 days,
I logged complaint first day, an engineer visited very next day, He told me that someone has changed position of AP in nearest building hence my device is not able to get connection.
He assured that he will resolve this issue in 2 days, It's 10 days now,
Customer care people always assures me that they will be escalating this issue, but nothing happens,
I call that guy, he is not picking up his phone
Customer Care response. 1."There is login problem, so they are unable to check please call after 2 hr". 2. "There is login problem, please hold for 2 min"... after that my call gets disconnected.. 3. IVR response "All are exeutives are busy righ now, please call later"
I have lost hope now.
