Got it just now. Had a hard time trying to get it to work. Called up the call center. Filed a complaint. Got a call back in 15 minutes. Guy configured it over Teamviewer just fine. The directions in the driver zippo was wrong basically. Works!

Online reviews indicate that this printer is also prone to paper feeder issue. I guess I would try to keep it away from dust by keeping the paper inlet and outlets closed when not in use.

Don't have one at the moment. Also it is kind of a pain to make it work on Windows. I would suggest avoiding this model if your primary choice of OS is Linux. Stick to models which are officially supported on Linux.

My usage is low so I am still on the original cartridge. Refills are available on Snapdeal for around 500 bucks. Gold colored pouches. No issues with printer. Sometimes it takes in more than a few pages but if the paper is fresh and without bends, it usually work fine. If you do decide to go for it, take a link from me!

i refilled to toner for the first time since i got the printer today. was a painful process. but it worked!
