Hi,

I have got recently installed ACT Fibernet in my home. At the time of installation itself I didnt get 20 Mbps as promised, but they said it will be sorted out in backend. In the first week itself, my connection is not stable and still I have not 20 Mbps. I have raised many complaints in their portal, no complaint number has been given to me. Nor no one even bothered to call me.
