Wishnet Broadband problem

I have been using Wish Net broadband for about 2 months and i have repeatedly observed the same problem in these two months. After being online for sometime, pages don't open. When i take the ping test at that time, the reply comes: "Request timed out" (many times) and then "Destination host unreachable" (fewer, but more if i pull out the ethernet cable). If i disconnect the ethernet cable and then reconnect it back after about 10 secs, i am able to access the internet. This problem occurs atleast 2 times if i am connected for 4 hours.

If anybody here has experienced the same problem, please reply.
 
Do you still have the problem?
I used to be a Wishnet customer 2 years ago and I had this problem almost every week. It would usually start working again after a couple of hours.
