airtel is not activating 99 uld std top up on my broadband line they said i am corporate or business user but i am using my broadband as for residential purpose. i have already mailed them regarding this problem and they are not willing to correct it. friends now what to do.
Its not necessarily the usage that categorises you as a business user. Its probably how you got the connection. Did you got it under a bulk scheme or something?
Ask them how to shift to being a residential user.
they called me and said we cannot shift your connection to residential connection.you have to purchase new connection but not possible to shift this connection.
