Does ExattNet use a Dialer

Just wanted to find out a little, do ExattNet users have to use a Dialer to connect or is it an always on connection ie speed bound to MAC/IP and not username/password
 
nps... exatt uses pppoe... and uses the default windows (xp) dialer... unlike pacenet which uses their own dialer ( a total resource hogger ) .!
 
I'm on a dialer from exatt. But from what I understand, the dialer part depends upon your CTO. No problems with the dialer though.

Nagware, you have to click a dialog box to start it. Simply superb. Use Raspppoe to setup a connection to Exatt and select that connection in CiDial.
