Reliance Netconnect, worst customer service experience

Hi,

I am new to this forum and would like to say hi to everyone out there.

I thought of sharing my bad experience with Netconnect which I am facing right now.
I was using my Netconnect and recharged last month and as advised by the customer center ( they had an offer going on), for INR255, 1 GB + 1GB free. I gladly lapped it up, however only 1 Gb was credited and other 1 GB was still pending.

I raised a complaint after a couple of days and followed up daily but each one replied to wait and will be resolved soon (atleast they score in consistency). This went for two weeks and one fine day when I called up they said the ticket is closed and they have the temerity to say they can't reopen the ticket.

How on earth can they close the ticket without resolving is beyond me and this coming from a 'branded' broadband service provider is shocking. No wonder people opt for Vodafone even though its pricey, atleast quality is assured.
