Experience dealing with @idea_cellular bullshit on a new prepaid connection

idea has sent me a bunch of these texts that do not open 😛
 
You'll get the refund, why not recharge again or maybe double benefits.
 
If they've generated a receipt, then the auto refund might not take place.

Obviously, if the website didn't generate the receipt, the money will be refunded.

This is assuming @chromaniac has the used the idea website to recharge.
 
i recharged on idea website. i got the order id.

they cannot even find this recharge in their system.
 
i can't even make calls from the basement on the airtel sim in the same phone. idea at least works somewhat. 🙂
 
of course... i can deal with airtel support because of my long history with them. idea is kind of getting on my nerves.
 
Never do early morning recharge, their systems are mostly under maintenance at that time.
 
anyways. the recharge refund appeared in my card a few days ago so that's problem is resolved.
 
oh it had been working for a while. though i am not liking Nokia 130 at all. not sure if the issue is with my unit. but the voice is not very clear 🙁
