well.. if bsnl is capable to provide that dude with such speeds and he downloading 400gb hasn't caught the eye of bsnl.. then they must be having a shit load of excess bandwidth.!!!
 
bsnl has loads of bandwith but they are very selfish

i think bsnl does not check ul 900 usage because its unlimited , and they haveserious mistake by putting u r friends wire in other terminal. lucky friend,
