Best LAN Card

D-Link and realtek based cards are your safest bet. most pc shops would not have a lot of options on offer. just try to find a card which is automatically detected by windows. and most d-link and realtek cards i have purchased in the past were detected fine.i am currently using the onboard card from Via Rhine. it required drivers which were shipped with the motherboard.

realtech are good enough... jus plug in n win automatically detects it...

it is hard to get the realtek in market....u hv to use onboard realtek😛 ....that means u can buy new motherboard🙂

i really dont think realtek lan cards are hard to find. though i think in my area D-Link are more preferred.

D-Link or Asus.. both for better compatibility with linux.. so.. should be good for windows too.. n.. both are very good manufacturers..

Well! The MRP printed on the box is Rs410/-. So i guess it was OK if I got it for Rs300/-.

well most PC hardware have overpriced labels. LAN cards usually cost between 150-250 bucks.

D-Link have lifetime warranty ...its good. My DFE520 went bust, after 1.3yrs of getting it, got it fixed in 3 days . I had bought it for 310bux
