DataOne unavailable in morning

Hello,For last 2 days I'm unable to connect at early morning/morning;The link is totally down till 11/11:30 am. Then it works as regular but no connectivity in morning.Have anyone else facing this...BTW I'm under Kolkata exch.

I'm from Hooghly (near kolkata).Under Chinsura Telephone exchangeI noticed this from wednesday.

I was also facing same problem last sunday and lodged a complain with dataone. Fortunately it was rectified ina day.
