so i started having this problem even though my speed was shown to be 4Mbps even loading the page was taking an eternity so i checked on various other speed test websites and guess what the real speed was far from what they show. even using speedtest.net on the same server that tikona says their application tests i was shown to have a speed of 200Kbps. when complained to customer care they said they i should only believe speed test they provide and since speed was 4Mbps on that there is no complained to begin with.I am not paying to access home network of tikona when i pay for 4Mbps i should recieve 4mbps. i suggest everyone not to buy tikona even if you have to live under a rock
